New Manila bay City of Pearl will be the first smart city in Southeast Asia that will use renewable energy like solar and tidal power for effective energy production and consumption. New Manila Bay City of Pearl was reported biggest project of China in the Philippines. Skyscraper revealed that the project was orchestrated by UAA Kinming Group development Corporation a few years ago. After years and planning and negotiating, the said project allegedly got its approval from Philippine strongman President Rodrigo Duterte and Chinese President Xi Jinping during their bilateral talks held last year in Beijing. Also, former President and now Manila City Mayor Joseph Estrada gave the thumbs up on the Nation Building project.
