Did you know?! that UP Bliss, Diliman in the Philippines was a project of the late President Marcos during the 80’s. It was built for government employees as a low-cost housing project by the first lady Imelda Marcos.
It is a mid rise composed of several apartment buildings, each one four storeys tall. I suppose that, like other housing projects, the original purpose of UP BLISS was to give shelter to the deserving needy. Either way, that’s not really the main purpose that UP BLISS serves these days.
These days, most units in UP BLISS are rented out to students of the University.
