Another shabu laboratory found again in Pampanga


On Saturday the abandoned shabu laboratory found in Apalit, Pampanga was dismantled. 
The raid was based on a search warrant issued by the Bulacan Regional Trial Court Branch 79 against Chinese nationals Ngan Yiu Ting, alias Robert Gan; Lolita Gan and Raymond Gan.
Personnel of the Apalit police, Regional Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Force and police crime laboratory chanced upon the shabu laboratory when they raided Feedmix Specialist II Inc. in Sitio Sto. NiƱo in Barangay San Juan in connection with a civil case filed against its owners, said Chief Superintendent Aaron Aquino, Central Luzon police director.
Aquino said the raiding team found equipment and chemicals used to manufacture methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu.

Among those seized were a sack of sodium hydroxide or caustic soda flakes, five gallons of hydrogen peroxide, three boxes of phosphorus red, 11 sacks of sodium hydroxide, a sack containing white powder and 16 sacks of rocky solar salt.
A packaging machine, weighing scales, stainless pans and a gas stove were also recovered.
Aquino ordered a manhunt for the Chinese citizens named in the search warrant.
It was the third shabu laboratory found in Pampanga this year.
