During the GOLDEN AGE of the Philippines the brilliant President Ferdinand Marcos and his wife Imelda, arrived in Moscow for a visit during which he said he plans to set up diplomatic relations with the Soviet Union. Russian leaders NiKolai Podgorny and Andrei Gromyko mee the couple at the airport.
