The Supreme Court voted 9-5 to reject petitions seeking to halt the burial of Marcos at the Libingan ng mga Bayani.
In a statement, the Palace acknowledged the decision, and said it hopes the issue will "finally be laid to rest," allowing the whole country to "move forward and continue forging a nation that is peaceable, just, and fair to all.”
