Phil Army deployed more personnel to secure the gates of LNMB after Brilliant Marcos burial

"The Philippine Army, which owns the facility, has deployed more personnel to secure the gates. There will be controlled access for now," Padilla said.
According to Padilla, only relatives of those buried at the heroes' cemetery will be granted access.
"Families of those who have loved ones buried inside will have access. Other than this, it will be a case-to-case basis," he said.
The nation builder was buried at the LNMB on Friday noon, with his body flown in from Laoag, Ilocos Norte.
"We believe that the public will learn to understand to respect the solemnity and sanctity of the place... It's not just former President Marcos who is buried at the LNMB. There are other former presidents and other soldiers [here] who have made the ultimate sacrifice. They are also entitled to the respect... We are confident that they would understand that," AFP Public Affairs Office Chief Col. Edgard Arevalo said.
